Ancestral Magic
As of today PD Publishing is pleased to announce "Ancestral Magic" by Moondancer Drake is available for purchase at Starcrossed productions and at your favorite bookstore! Yes, that’s right. My debut novel is finally available for purchase!!! I can’t even express how excited (and nervous) I am. It seems as if I’ve waited for this moment for such a very long time. My author copies are on their way and soon, I will hold my book in my hands. I can’t wait to see what ya’ll think once you read it.

Thanks. It's been killing me not to say something, but my publisher wanted to update the site before I said anything. Now comes the hard part. Promo... I wish I could just write and not worry about that part lol.

I've been poking my publisher for over a year about getting titles in audio format for that very reason. In fact they sent out a notice to the authors group a week or so ago that they just finished recording one of thier lesfic novels in audio format, and look to be doing several more that way. I am very very hopeful that Ancestral Magic will be recorded in audio in the future. I assume the better it sells now the better chance they will be willing to deal with expensive of having the book recorded.

On a side thought, I know all PD titles will be in ebook soonish, and I was under the understanding that some formats of ebooks are more easily read through audio readers. You want me to ask them when the ebooks will be coming out and in what formats?

What formats work best with your reader software? I'll let my publisher know and find out when the ebook version will be coming. :) I want everyone to find my work accessible, especially since in this book one of the secondary POV characters is blind. (man that took some uber research)

I have no idea what types of files e books come in. usually things like txt or rtf and stuff are most accessible.
